Brooklyn’s started as a 45 seat pizzeria in 2010. After quickly outgrowing that space, my wife and I decided to take a chance and move to a larger location in September of 2013. Doing most of the labor and decorating ourselves, we opened our current restaurant in November 2013. Since the move, we’ve added a new Tiki Bar with full service liquor and made many changes to the already diverse menu. All of our menu items are fresh and made to order. Since hiring Chef Jeremy Zajac in July of 2014, our food has continued to be innovative and on the cutting edge of the local restaurant scene. We enjoy creating flavors that stimulate all of your taste buds– sweet, sour, salty and bitter. We are a one of a kind restaurant and take pride in introducing our guests to new and inventive flavors.
