We collaborate with local economic development, education and community partners to develop world-class education/training and employment services to meet regional workforce needs. CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion is one of Florida’s 24 workforce development regions dedicated to putting people to work and helping businesses stay competitive. We assist business with On-the-Job Training for new hires, Custom Business Training for training current employees, and we offer a paid internship program for qualified individuals with employers in the Health, Transportation, Manufacturing/:Logistic and Information Technology industries. We assist career seekers with training funds to support training in Health, Transportation, Manufacturing/:Logistic and Information Technology, and we also assist professional career seekers with services at our new Talent Center location which is located at the College of Central Florida at the Ocala campus.
