History
Established in 2008.
The brokerage opened in 2008 during the housing market crisis. We started a property management division helping the many investors rent their properties they had other builders build for reselling. We also worked with investors who started purchasing foreclosed bank-owned properties and fixing up and reselling. As the market improved we have sold investor-held rental properties, and now that the market is going well working with regular homeowner listings. I’d have always worked with first-time homebuyers helping to navigate the buying process to get 1st timers into a home for their family.
