He is proficient in all areas of the mortgage business and specializes in pre-underwriting an application, Conforming fixed rate mortgages, FHA,VA loans, and High Net Worth Borrowers with complicated corporate structures. Gary also has extensive knowledge and experience originating Reverse Mortgages. Gary’s most recent 13 years have been spent servicing the unique financial needs of retirees and soon-to-be retirees as well as the needs of borrowers throughout Lake, Sumter, and Marion Counties. Gary is a graduate of Hobart College in Geneva, NY. When not working to finance his clients’ homes you can find him spending time with his two sons.
