Today’s menu has come a long way from it’s humble beginnings in June 1987 at the Jacksonville Landing. Founded by Louis & Greg Saig, the original store had 20 stools & a limited raw bar menu. It was by chance that the first menu items were influenced by a couple fellas from Louisiana who remain friends of the Saig’s to this day. While both Saig Brothers are still involved, Louis continues an active roll with our corporate team with partner, Jesse Jabot. We strive toward great food and great service at a good value, while having a good time at Harry’s. We’ve adopted a couple of expressions commonly used in Louisiana as part of our culture. The first is “Lagniappe” (pronounced lan-yap) which means “to give a little something extra”. We believe our customers deserve that little extra effort that take an ordinary experience to extraordinary. The second is “Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler” which translates “Let the Good Times Roll”.
